Livadia Beach Tilos

Levadia is the only organized beach on Tilos and it is close to most tourist facilities on the island. Water is clean and the shore is mostly pebbled.
Levadia is the most popular beach of the island due to its proximity to the main port. It is a very long beach that has both pebbled and sandy parts. It starts right from the waterfront of Levadia village and extends for a couple of km. Livadia is the only organized beach on Tilos with umbrellas and sun beds. As it is the most popular tourist resort, there are some hotels and taverns close by.


Agios Antonios Beach Tilos

Two klm from Megalo Chorio
Agios Antonios is a quiet beach close to Megalo Chorio, the capital of the island. There are no tourist amenities closeby and the seabed can get deep at some points
The beach of Agios Antonios is long and clean. Its shore is a mixture of pebbles and sand and it has some bushes along it. There are no tourist facilities there, although it is close to the fishing village of Agios Antonios. It can be reached 2 km from Megalo Chorio, on the road to the monastery of Agios Panteleimon.


Eristos Beach Tilos

Eristos is a long bay that can be accessed through a rough street from Megalo Chorio. Its water is pure and its ambience barren.
Eristos beach is long and sandy. It is quite difficult to go, as you have to follow a track road from Megalo Chorio village, so it would be better to go by motorbike, not car. There are no tourist facilities on Eristos beach, so you will have the chance to enjoy pure tranquility. This is an ideal beach for total calmness.


Plaka Beach Tilos

Five klm from Megalo Chorio
Plaka is a narrow bay close to Megalo Chorio. There are some bushes along the beach to provide some shadow and the seabed can get rocky at some points.
Plaka beach has a long and short shore. It is actually a bay with a rocky seabed and some greenery surrounding it. The beach is pretty remote even in peak season, so it is the ideal place to enjoy some peacefulness. There are no tourist amenities in Plaka beach, so make sure you carry with you anything you may need. To go there, follow the main road from Megalo Chorio to the monastery of Saint Panteleimon.
